1. Who we are
Invoiceprime ("we", "us", "our") is operated by EG translogistic LLC. By using our service you are entering into an agreement with EG translogistic LLC.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
3. The service
Invoiceprime is an online tool for creating, sending and tracking invoices. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business purposes within the plan you have subscribed to.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you may not:
- use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
- send spam or infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
- interfere with the security of the service (probing, scraping, malware, reverse engineering);
- resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
7. Intellectual property
EG translogistic LLC retains all ownership of the service, its software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it may be deleted.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose) and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EG translogistic LLC is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
